lyscapone: Happy Easter! =D
little_schemer: Happy Easter! I haven't posted for a while, sorry about that. Good to know that the teaching's going well Ed, I'm sure you make a great teacher.
Nova_Vine: Happy Easter!
FeralDragon: *Instantly squees at Sunny and Mint on the front page*
Nova_Vine: Love the front page decoration, by the way.
Ed: *just now notices unanswered comments* Thanks guys. ^_^ Glad you like them! =D
Nova_Vine: Happy May, everyone.
haku: hey, howz ur ,ay every1
haku: may
Oirad: On a semi-relevant note, Happy June!
ladyjem: Yo, long time no see been busy with college. Darklight looks hot
Hoshineko: That is awful about your dogs, Ed. ;_; Congrats on being so close to being a qualified teacher! :D
FeralDragon: Haha. Very interesting graph, Ed. It wouldn't suprise me if you're completly right. I always used to draw more and better works at school than at home.
melsie: haha, if you want i can run your data through my statistical software to see if the trends are significant
melsie: it'd just be a chi-square test so i could even do it by hand ;)
Ed: I actually had one statistics enthusiast email me requesting the data I used to form my graph. He reportedly tried plotting it different ways, and ran a T test to find that it is "significant to an alpha of 0.4". I have no idea what that means. @_@
haku: hey every1. howzit goin???
melsie: haha, hmm, i don't typically work with alpha, i'd have given you a p value
melsie: and also, since its categorical data (cleveland vs columbus) i'd also do chi-square, not t-test
RebelSqurl: Well, since I'm going to be visiting Columbus for Origins this coming week, I'll test your theory by seeing how productive my own art can be during that time! :-)
Ed: Haha, well sounds like you'll be keeping busy, but who knows; as mentioned on
Page 107, I did a good portion of a comic page at a convention...
ladyjem: lol. who else will light my fireplace. good one kingy
ladyjem: its so nice to see the father doesnt show favoritism in the family.
Ryan1972: Hey Ed! Congrats on the new teaching job!
melsie: wow, ed, good job :). i'm happy to hear you already got a job
